Our website was created in accordance with the formal and content unified requirements which regulates the state adminstration organisations websites. Our aim was that the handling of personal data mentioned should not exceed what is necessary for the operation of the website. Furthermore, if there is the need for the consent of the visitor, then it should be done with their permission and in accordance with the law in question.
The handler of the personal data of the visitors of this website is the Educational Authority. It may happen that starting from our website the visitor may link to another website; in which case this handling of data is done there. (The browser always shows that the information found on the screen comes from which website).
The operation of the website and the handling of the visitors’ personal data is done by an outside organisation (data operator): tasks concerning the programming, the websites appearance and in part the update of the content is done by Aitia Informatikai Rt.
Visitiors’ data in connection with visiting the website will not be passed on by either Aitia Informatikai Rt or by the Educational Authority, the data can only be accessed by colleagues who created the website only in as far as it is necessary to fulfil requests by the visitor to answer questions or comments.

It is necessary to register if you still wish to get in touch with us through the website or if you wish to add comments to one of our forum topics. The consulation office of the Educational Authority forwards data given at registration – shown on the screen – to the appropriate person who will answer it and then the colleague in the consulation office will put the answer back on the forum. Consequently, only those questions should be asked on the forum when the answer will not be a cause of embarrassment for the questioner.

The handling of the personal data of our visitors is only a part of our data handling activities. The Educational Authority can come into contact with clients not just through the website but also during its activities, in which case it handles personal data in acccordance with the regulations stipulated in Act LXIII of 1992 on The Protection of Personal Data and the Handling of Data of Public Interest and according to a regulation on the publication of data of public interest issued by the President of the Educational Authority.
